(3) Deviating or conflicting terms and conditions shall not be recognized unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The products and services presented on the website do not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.

(2) By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer. Confirmation of receipt is sent automatically via email and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon express acceptance or delivery.

§ 3 Prices and payment conditions

(1) All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.

(2) Payment shall be made using the payment methods specified during the ordering process.

§ 4 Delivery and shipping

(1) Delivery takes place within Hamburg and the surrounding area to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

(1) Cocktail-Taxi Hamburg is liable within the framework of the statutory provisions.

(2) No liability is assumed for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided that no essential contractual obligations or damage to life, body or health are affected.

§ 8 Final provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
